Finished my creation!

The other day I finished my creation of sticks and twine. It's not pretty but it looks cool and it actually stands up by itself. Its made completely out of sticks that Ben and I found on our walk which also made it difficult to create because they weren't always the most straight sticks. We're planting beans and peas to grow up two sides and then buying morning glory seedlings to be planted to grow up the other two sides. And then from the middle I'll hang different things; pine-cones, beads, crinkly paper, etc. Hopefully it will work out as well as I think it will. Right now it looks kind of boring but it should begin to be used and look more interesting. I'm hoping to take pictures as we go to save for a portfolio...good advertisement to parents at things that I will do if I work 1 on 1 with a child again ; )

So here's a picture of Ben. No giving this out to anyone ; ) He's 5 months old today! I was playing with him on the floor yesterday when I thought how much he looked like Theo while playing on the floor. I think that the parents have a picture of Theo lying on the play mat, probably around the same age. Ben has started eating carrots! He loves his food and is eating an astonishing amount, at least the amount is surprising us! We're still trying to figure out how much food he needs and how much breast feeding also. The past few days we thought out rations and how much time in between. Today we're planning to give him as much as he wants and kind of play by ear how much time in between...probably closer to 3 hours in between instead of the 4 we were stretching it out to.
