Back again...

Ahh...its been awhile. School has finished up with me having only one incomplete for my independent study with Keri. Because I have an incomplete, it has turned me into being quite lazy thinking that I have all the time in the world to finish the work. Bad. So bad. Anywho, my grades for my other classes have been posted. Drumroll please...All A's! : ) Its exciting. The end of the semester was awful. Just awful. All of my classes postponed projects because there were snow days at the Elementary Schools and we needed to go to the Elementary schools to do the projects but they never got rid of the assignments which meant that at the end of the semester there were projects due right after the other. On top of that I was working at least 20 hours a week, going to counseling and trying to uphold my fair share of keeping the apartment clean and organized. It didn't go so well by the way...I'm so lucky that Dan has helped me not only clean the apartment, but he was so good about cooking dinner and taking care of the dogs. 

This is my second full week of working with baby Ben. He's 4 and 1/2 months old and is already very opinionated and active. He sits up by himself pretty well and is eating a bit of cereal everyday. I think one of the coolest things that I'm experiencing while working with Ben is that I am the knowledgeable one and have a lot more responsibilities and decisions to make then I did at the preschool. Sheryl, the mom, will ask me my opinion on things and gives me freedom to decide what things to do with Ben. I'm making a mobile thing right now out of sticks that Ben and I collected in the woods near his house. I say mobile but its one of those structures that the baby lays under and things dangle from it...one of those things. We're going to have it outdoors and grow some plants up the sides. Should be interesting. I'll take pictures of it when its completed : )
