I have survived

This week has particularly hectic. Not only am I re-adapting to working 40 hours with kids under the age 0f 3 (taking a week off has made it difficult, "what's that? I need to go to bed early?") but Kayla and William have been with us all week. With it necessary that Will pick up the kids before coming to pick me up, it has meant that I go from kids all day to kids in the evening. It has lead a lot of opportunity for me to practice telling Will how my mood is, how to give me support and how to give myself the things that I need in order to not stress out too much. We've done really well this week and I've even been able to take care of the kids alone while Will has gone for a run. I feel really proud of how the week went and how smooth it generally was. I have to say that without Will being so on top of things and how well behaved the kids are anyways I probably would have snapped Tuesday : P
