Dan hard at work!

It looks like Dan has to work one day out of the weekend. Makes sense, that's when most people are imbibing the most beer. Saturday I decided to go to town also and spent the day hanging out with friends and playing with the dogs. After having lunch with a friend, she and I decided to go to Magic Hat and visit Dan. I had been there earlier to drop off lunch for him and a guy there had mentioned that it would be fine to walk back into the factory and visit him. They do have tours of the factory but apparently you watch through a little window and can't actually go down where the action is. When my friend and I arrived at the factory, luckily the same guy was there that I had run into earlier and he led us into the back, telling me that if anyone tried to give me a hard time to tell them "too bad" and to keep going. I decided to snap some pictures (I'm not sure if that was allowed or not but oh well...).

This is the keg machine...it fills the kegs with beer, upside down interesting enough. Dan's job is to make sure that the kegs go in the right way and then when they come out he puts them on a pallet and then stacks the pallets, ready to go to the consumer:
