Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ok! Here it is Lindsay! I went through Will to get it and his step-mom was amazed that he was asking for the recipe (he didn't mention it was for me) and asked him if he was "really going to make it?" I had fun teasing Will about that ; ) Here it is:
Usually the recipe is doubled for parties and such...it is a hot commodity:

4 oz artichoke hearts
1 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup mayo
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp grated lemon rind
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp grated parmesan to sprinkle on the top

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a food processor mix everything until smooth
Spread in an even layer in a baking dish. Sprinkle with extra parmesan. Bake for 15 minutes or until top is golden (doubled recipes take a bit longer to cook).

Enjoy!!
